The Toys'R'Us Wii launch was an absolute ordeal. Lauren and I waited for more than two hours and still did not get our preordered console. And to make matters worse, people who did not have preorders were allowed to purchase a console almost instantly - I reckon that's quite rude. So I went in the next day at 11am and picked mine up. There was only one person in front of me.
