LFO2CC update: depth mod

I have added and changed some parameters of the LFO2CC patch.

• The main carrier for the effect data can now be controlled via a speed multiplier constant, depth and offset to make data mapping easier
• The depth of the carrier waveform can be modulated via a sine wave whose speed is also set by a multiplier of the global base frequency
• Four wave shapes are now possible for the main carrier of the data - sine, sqaure, saw and triangle.
  
• A total of eight oscillators are now available.
  

This results in more interesting waveform patterns and subsequent control interactions on a musical level.
