Giancarlo Sica: Imaginary Landscapes, Vol I & II

I have been recently listening to Giancarlo Sica's electro-acoustic works and synthetic soundscapes, and I have really been enjoying these pieces. Although there is of course a strong technical side to this sort of music, I feel that these works most definetaly encapsulate and convey a wide range of emotions.

Giancarlo Sica has been based in Naples University for the past 22 years and teaches environments such as Csound, artificial neural networks and algorithmic composition languages applied to music. A portion of the curriculum he taught last year and earlier this year was loosely based in part around some stuff that Christian Haines and I taught last year.
