Today I continued my exploration of the circuit bent Buddha Box by adding a breadboard-based resistance step sequencer, so as to be able to sequencer out pitch changes. You can hear some results in the video below.

I've been working on a nearly identical project, except I used switching pots so you can turn steps on/off and leave a space in the rhythm.
Are you using a 4017 to sequence that?
And- are you using transistors to switch between pots?

Nice - switching pots - great idea.
I'm using a 4051 analog 8 to 1 multiplexer in order to sequencer the pitch. The multiplexer is driven by a 4040 binary counter, which in turn is clocked from a 40106 RC osc.
Basic, basic stuff, I know, but it works and its fun!
