• Copy a QuickTime .MOV movies file or similar other movie file
• Open this file in hexfiend
• Go to Edit > Overwrite Mode > On
• Scroll down past the header
• Coy and past some shit
• Save in Hexfiend
• Copy the file in Finder
• View the file in QT Player
• Repeat until results are found that are ideal
• Keep previous versions so as to go back and try different copy and past techniques
• Experiment
