Convert an audio track to a series of MIDI note that covers the spectrum, with velocities that are relative to average energy over a small window of time for each band.
Used in tandem with PathMIDI.return (http://little-scale.blogspot.com.au/2012/10/pathmidireceive-max-for-live-device.html) to route the MIDI data to a MIDI track.
