This Max for Live MIDI effects device is designed to take an input from a music controller with knobs or faders, and maps those knobs or faders to steps in a sequencer. The sequence can be output as notes, MIDI CC data or mapped as Live parameter control.
The number of steps is selectable and muteable. Each step receives data from a different CC number, and can be customised.
To use this device, monitor the input of the track as 'in', and set to a MIDI controller. Set the CC number of each step to a different knob or fader on the MIDI controller.
