"11.6 ms" (excerpt)

11.6 milliseconds of sound are used to create all of the music you hear - the initial source sound controls / generates the overall form of the music, the chords and notes, the volume of the channels, the rhythmic elements, timbral changes and spatial changes.

Additionally, the sounds of the instruments also originate from the 11.6 ms sample.

The source sample was part of a snare hit from a Gameboy running LSDJ.
