A Max for Live MIDI device that takes a MIDI note input. The note will trigger an ADSR envelope that is applied to an LFO signal. This LFO signal can be mapped to any Live parameter.
The velocity can be mapped to the depth of the LFO.
An audio file can be used as a wavetable for the LFO, with variable wavetable length and offset. Note that the length has to be a power of two.
