Upscaling a 1x1Pixel Video to 1080p Using 15 Codecs / Bitrates

I made a video that was had the smallest dimensions possible (1 pixel across, 1 pixel high).

Playback of this single-pixel video was extremely varied across media players.

This video was then upscaled to 1080p at various bitrates using different codecs.

Vine Videos are 4 bars At ~148 BPM Long

So, it turns out that Vine videos are 6 seconds and 14 frames at 28.77 frames per second. This is equal to ~6.4866 seconds. Divide this by 16 beats, and you get ~0.4054 seconds per beat. Divide 60 seconds by ~ 0.405, and you get 4 bars of 4/4 at 147.997 BPM.
