Meeting Marc Maron

I was recently in Melbourne, and a big part of my visit was to see Marc Maron live. There are very few comedians that I would travel to see, and Marc is one of them. In fact, his show at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival was the first stand up set that I have ever seen (excluding shows for which I was doing technical production). This sure sounds like a lot of pressure for Maron from my perspective, and I can safely say that he delivered. He had a fantastic set, and he certainly handled the ultra drunkard in the audience very well. I look forward to catching him again in Australia (or if I am ever in the USA again...).
